They have no talent whatsoever and his Ego, well can it get any bigger?

Usually I can give respect to bands that I don't enjoy listening to for whichever reason, but I really cannot find a single reason as to why Nickleback is so popular. It must be the overplayed radio songs, and since in my oppinion they all sound the same, some people probably eat it up.
I think this is the article. My computer at work has all blogs blocked but I'm pretty sure this is it

Just trying to get a rise out of the Canadians....

I actually love Canadians! I traveled in Europe with some and they are great people.

I just think it's funny that Canadians get so fired up when you bust their balls.

No way! I actually seriously think that the Canadians I encountered while traveling are some of the most down to earth people.

Nickelback is certainly not your greatest export, but as an American, I don't have a lot of room to speak about exporting shitty stuff to the world. :)

Yeah, but there is not a whole lot of people that are fooled. It's like the old wolf dressed up as a sheep in a pack of sheep thing....

They spot our loud-obnoxious-fat asses a mile away. (not me... of course)

For some reason they don't like our money anymore either. :)

I'd like to register my disgust in Mr. Kroeger too - what a prize dickhead he is! Aside from writing some of the most horiffic lyrics in existence, the guy is completely devoid of a sense of irony. What's more, he is contesting his DUI charge on a technicality - hello, you fucking drove when you were drunk, guilty as charged, take it on the fucking chin you gormless cunt. I wonder if he would be contesting it if he killed someone because of his irresponsible behaviour?

Him and his stupid flat ironed hair, and his v-neck shirts with stupid ugly necklaces, and his $690 dollar fine, and his stupid lamborghini, and I don't care for Nickelback. I hate how he thinks he's the world. I hate how he's eaten at the White Spot near my house. And especially trying to claim his innocence, and him trying to say the police officer took the breathalizer test in a wrongful manner... and that he comes from our country... and i hate his big nose. I hate how he got off easy (of course). Just sayin'... I very much dislike Chad Kroeger.

I'll be the first to agree based on the music - I don't like their brand of music, at all, but I'm not going to hate on someone because of their looks or what they wear.

i think that hating nickelback or chad kroeger is the one thing that the message pit ever agrees on.

and for the record, its not even about his shitty band this time. its about the fact that hes an arrogant, pompous ass hole who thinks he's above the law

Absolutely. It takes a complete wanker to contest a drink-driving charge when he was guilty - I'd respect him far more if he put his hands up apologised and humbly accepted his punishment (which is barely a punishment for a multi-millionaire rock star like him), instead he's whining like a bitch.

But if he gets denied entry into the USA he will lose out on millions of concert revenue $$$$$, probably won't happen, but could, you never know.
