Hi everyone, I got an invitation to a huge party in Cancun (I live here) what the hell does casual formal means? thanks in advance

    thanks, but what if its near the beach, all I know is thats is in a hotel. Short sleeve shirts are ok right?

    Linen suit or Trousers and shirt.

    yeah, i don't see why not. it's summer in cancun, i am sure if you wear a short sleeved shirt, you will not be alone.

    Linen suit its too much for this ocasion I think, Im going to go with pants and dress shirt, thanks

    yes, i agree, but they just confirmed me that its in a salon, so there is going to be air conditioned, so pants and regular shirt its fine. I live in Cancun, but in the city not in the Hotel zone, do you people think its ok, to use sandals to work? I love reading GQ magazone and the style guy said that sandals, or flip flops are only for the beach, what if my city is near the beach?

    it's kind of like business casual...i guess dress shirt but no tie...nice pants and decent shoes.

    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
