1st time voter here >>> :) ...

this will be my 1st presidential election that i wll be voting in and when i registered at my citizenship swearing in i registered INDEPENDENT.

but as things look like today OBAMA gets my vote ...

    I was reading this article the other day and they said that Reagan got 525 electoral votes and Mondale only got 13.:eek:

    Yeah, a little bit of a land slide. The man only won his home state of Minnesota. Could not even carry New York :eek:

    My record is 2-4 for picking the president. Within my state (this is really 50 seperate elections), I am 5-1.

    didn't he also win the district of columbia? i wasn't old enough to vote in that election, but i remember the color of the map election night, and i could have sworn DC was blue, too.
