I haven't but it's next on my list. I have this problem y'see, where I see books like Kafka on the Shore and promise myself I'll buy them, even though I'm utterly broke and have about 40 other books I should be buying for university
Is it worth my poverty?
"I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead, I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land — every colour, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike — all snored in the same language"

 you can't make me responsible for your poverty
I'm the same with books ... have loads. If you enjoy Norwegian Wood you will enjoy Kafka ... I like the escape into Murakami's weird worlds
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?
Today I just bought "Why We Buy". Its a retail business book. Pretty good read for business owners and customers.
OMG, I have read that!!!! Some of it made me go "Ah-ha!"
The last book I bought was "You've Been Warned" by James Patterson and another author he write with. It was totally an airport purchase on the way to Chicago. It is very different than his other books. It kind of freaked me out at the end.
Before that it was a biography of Marie Antoinette and French royalty. So, I can be kind of varied.
I still want you all to "take care"--I am just damn tired of typing it.
well I had some time to kill the other day and I wandered into the friendly local book-store and found some deals so I picked up 6 hard-covers for a total of $ 44........nice eh. I purchased:
Guests Of The Ayatollah: The First Battle in America's War With Militant Islam by Mark Bowden
State Of Denial: Bush At War, Part 3 by Bob Woodward
The End Of Iraq: How American Incompetence Created A War Without End by Peter Galbraith
The War of The World: 21st Century Conlifct and the Descent Of The West by Niall Ferguson
Miracle In The Andes: 72 Days on the Mountain and My Long Trek Home by Nando Parrado
Next by Michael Crichton
