Anyone else NEED to have somwthing sweet after they eat?

After I eat luch or dinner I need to eat something sweet. I think about it non stop until I do. Weird. Just had a chicken wrap and now I am enjoying Dark Chocolate Covered Pretzels I made the other day :)

Their are perks to owning a Candy/Nut/Chocolate store! :D

    I would rather eat sweets than food.

    yes that is a sign of being a pig or depression!

    Dark chocolate is the best, not sure I'd like it on a pretzel though.

    makes sense you'd feel that way if you own a candy shop! :)

    i love having a little sweetness after a meal, my boss has a cookie jar at work and i always have a cookie after lunch. even if it's a piece of fruit or a smoothie, i need something sweet to finish it off!

    *edit* oh and chocolate covered pretzels are delish....the sweet and salty together, yum!

    I hate finishing dinner with nothing sweet. I have really had a craving for dessert of some sort afterwards. Normally, I don't have anything in the house, because I don't buy junk food, so I end up with a propel fitness water..

    yeah, thats a really sad excuse for a dessert, but its sweet?

    I wonder why its so ingrained in us to want that. However, I'm the rare exception on this one. In fact, I never eat sweets cause sweet just doesn't taste good to me, but I love bitter thoguh. I usually have more starch or vegetable for dessert.

    LOL I tell my wife to not buy sweets when she goes shopping. Then after dinner I yell at here b/c their is nothing sweet in the house! Catch 22 I guess, poor girl :D

    i get the craving all the time, i only give into it on occasion....its really been developing the older i get though.

    I am in pretty good shape, I work out mostly year around and used to Box for a few years. BUT, my wife and I will always be a tiny tiny bit chubby b/c we love sweets! Like one time we wanted to see which frozen cookies are the best so we bought them all and had a taste test! LOL SO fun, I wish she smoked pot :D, she got me to quit a few years back, it would have made it so muchmore fun lol

    I pray for your sake that you're wife doesn't read this board. If my husband told a message board I was a tiny bit chubby.. even if I was.. he'd be sleeping somewhere cold and uncomfortable! ;)

    As I said 1000 times on here before.....she knows me very well. The way I talk here is only half as bad as what I say in normal conversations. One day I will have her come in here and talk to you all so she can tell you what a nut job I am. She always says I need a filter on my mouth lol

    me too :o I have a horrible sweet tooth. I try to reign it in. Usually a hershey kiss is enough...and I love those little cups of kozy shack tapioca pudding - sweet and creamy mmmmmmm :D and you can't do tooooo much damage cause they're only 100 calories

    haha - yeah that could be the danger! They're so small they don't seem like much, but they can add up fast. Same thing with the hershey kisses - it's sooo easy to just keep going back for more :o
