Found my old concert stubbs & I don't remember some.

LOL, I am a big Neil Young fan and I always wanted to see him in concert. I just found one of my old stubbs that shows i saw him in the mid 90's. WTF? Man I used to get to high. Hahahahahaha.

    i look at some of them and know i was there, but nothing more.

    i have no recollection of seeing neil young crash the stage at the pearl jam show in toledo. i know i was there and have the stub to prove it, but...

    I have a friend who can't remember if he saw Mettalica at vetern stadium or not. Or should i say he "misremembered".

    I also found one from a George Carlin stand up in Atlantic City.

    The last time I saw my stubs I remembered all of the shows. However, I still have my paystubs from when I did concert security 12 years ago and when I look at the shows I worked I don't remember half of them. One week was something like Steely Dan, Indigo Girls, Lynard Skynard, and the Sex Pistols. I only remember the Pistols show because when I arrived Johhny Rotten was just arriving in a van without tinted windows and he was glaring at me. So I glared back. Rooster haircut wearin' MF!! :D

    came across 3rd eye blind at the roseland back in 97. and who opened for them? that's right... smashmouth.

    In 92' I saw Guns N Roses in Philly. Guess who opened for them..........................Soundgarden!!!! Ya believe that. great concert night.
    All was great except for the fact that Axle kept changing his outfit. WTF?

    i also have all my stubs but what i would do is writte something about the show to stirr my memory of it so now when i look at them i can at least recall some of the things that happened that night like ,jimmy punched girl down the stairs,toodrunk don't remember any songs ,smoked good sensemilla ,etc etc etc .........

    I wish I had done that, Even write who went with me. My friends are always talking about old Dead shows we went to but we forget who was there. Hahaha

    Have you read the Slash book? there's a great story about touring with Soundgarden. Slash says he thinks they were all great guys but GN'R couldn't figure out why they took rock music so seriously so they played a little prank on them on stage...the Soundgarden guys were mortified.

    yeah i wrotte all these quotes on the tickets themselves and that one in particular stands out plus i can never forget that image of my now departed friend actually fighting with this girl & falling down the stairs :eek: ...
