Working out makes me hungry!

I ate a healthy breakfast, Non-fat yogurt moothie with assorted berries & banana.
Worked out, then for lunch I ate a salad with cherry tomatoes and tuna, Cukes, chic peas etc...
So now I ready to raid the fridge evenn though I am full! I wanna tear that freaking fridge up right now Aaaahahhhh!

Usually I have a small bowl Cheerios or Kashi Cereal with it.
When I want to snack I try to eat fruit, or a Veggie juice, (carrot, celery & greens).
If I crave something sweet I buy these mini Dove dark chocolates. I pop one of those and it helps.

hmm, well without getting into ridiculous specifics, I'd suggest try getting more healthy fats in the diet. Fat makes you feel full. Also eat as many whole foods as you can (egg whites, oats, brown rice, nuts, veggies, etc.). Whole foods are typically less calorie-dense, so you can eat a much greater volume of food without increasing calories. Instead of cereal, try oats & cinnamon for example. Haha, don't take this the wrong way cos i don't mean to sound like an ass, but that that's like saying "driving my car makes me need to put more gas in it."
Seriously though, the one thing i learned the hard way is DO NOT drink your calories. Veggie juices are great but stay 100 miles away from fruit puncy-y type drinks and even limit your 100% real juice intake to 8 oz. or less per day.#==(o )

I love juices where the label is all fresh and healthy looking and its all sugar

I make them with a juicer. I use green veggies, cukes carrots and celery etc...Get em a Body Bag Yeeeeeaaaaa!
