I was being serious. It's rare to come across somebody that has a heart for rodents.
well thank you again in that case.
I have a heart for all animals. given that they're not trying to kill and/or eat me.

Mice are cute, we had a problem with them awhile back at home, the boyfriend wanted to use poison but there was no way I was letting him kill the poor little things.

and if they were trying to kill you or eat you, than they are higher up the food chain, and you should let them eat you, while you wonder at the marvels of nature!!!

here in south florida we have lots and lots of little lizards (anoles) and geckos.
we are constantly chasing them around the house and putting them back outside where they belong.
last week my husband woke up and turned on the light... when i asked him what he was doing, he told me a lizard had just crawled over him.
he found it and put it outside.
eeeeek.
i have never killed a lizard and never will.
i like them ... they eat lots of bugs!
i just don't want them in the house!
* we also have basilisks and iguanas in the yard but they don't come inside thank goodness - that would be scary!!

ok, the iguanas aren't exactly cute but they are interesting creatures to observe
unfortunately they are non-native and sort of taking over in this area.

not necessarily. a wasp might try to kill me but does that put it above me in the food chain?

it will only kill you if you are alergic to them, or get stung by lots of them!
they will not eat you though, so somehow they fit into the picture some otherway!

I know there's only a small chance it would succeed in killing me. but my point was that one might TRY to do so.

You don't think that mouse is cute?? Come on.. it's Fievel!!:D
I know it's Fievel. watched the movie about a thousand times when I was a kid.
and fair enough, he's cute-ish. but.. I think it's not the cutest animated animal around.

I didn't realize that you were such an animated animal connoisseur:D:p
so who's the cutest??
lol. well, after a quick think (yes, quick, I didn't see this post of yours until now ).. I would have to say that the little penguins (can't remember if they had names) in Surf's Up were pretty damn cute!
but of course, this is all a matter of opinion and you can't trust in me to give you a correct answer to your question.

i love these threads where people are freaked by small animals. makes me laugh.
well.. I guess it's heartwarming to be able to bring a few smiles on the faces of my fellow people..

1) I watched after it for a while and made sure it started walking into the woods
2) there are very few (big) birds and even fewer cats around here
so there.

No way.. you guys got fever cats over there?? Hot damn eMMI, you're making me want to move to Finland!!
oh for focks sake! gimme a break, it's too early in the morning not to make typos.

Whoa, chill bro... you know you can't raise your voice like that when the lion's here.

well, admittedly I do like my cats more on the healthier side so your fondness towards fever cats did catch me off guard.
but as they say: "adopt, adapt and improve." so I guess I will just have to learn to accept and respect you as you are. (or if that doesn't work, I'll just badmouth you behind your back. )
