A guy who shares my sense of humor, infinite love for music, obsession with art of any and all kinds, someone who makes me feel normal for being me however strange and different I may be, a guy where I feel at home in his arms...and who has facial hair! ;)
Really though the facial hair is just a bonus...it's all about how a guy makes me feel...I don't wanna feel less then a guy, or better then a guy...I wanna feel like we are the same. If u can find that kind of connection then you've got it! :)

**ohh I forgot to add....unheard of sexual stamina! ;)

    :( I can't grow a full beard...just a goatee though.

All my hair grows in all the weird places however. i.e. belly-button, nipples, and especially feet. I'm known as Froto around some of my friends. :o

He needs to be very funny, someone who gets my weirdness and is okay with it :D, someone who is just as much of a dork as I am, someone who is honest, doesn't play games, puts a silly grin on my face, makes me feel like I'm on cloud nine. :) Someone who loves PJ and shares a love of my other favorite bands, but who can also introduce me to some of their favorites. Someone who knows how to treat a lady and likewise would enjoy being spoiled by me. :D

Oh yeah accents are sexy too :p

Jeanie, that's a great way to start isn't it?

For me, intelligence has to be high on the list too. Also, I have a tendency to fall in love with musicians just because that's my main interest. :o

I agree intellectual intelligence is very important but I'd say I place as much, if not more value on emotional intelligence. I suppose I'm also more readily attracted to someone with a well developed artistic side. It doesn't have to be their primary employment as long as they have a creative outlet. A passion for something artistic. :)

Emotional intelligence makes things easier, but I've noticed that many of the men I've loved need a little help in that area and since I have plenty to spare we usually work it out somehow.

Someone with a friendly way - a philanthropist.
Someone who has learnt to care for himself (for example by living alone for some time in his life).
Someone who knows to appreciate leisure time and spending time with his family.
Someone with a good sense of humour.
I take it for granted that he is faithful, honest, respectful, understanding and has a basic knowledge of good manners and personal hygiene.

Oh my god - sounds almost like I described the opposite of my husband...

Yes, I understand what you're saying, I guess I'm just tired of that game (musta been all the emotional cripples! :D I think I had a magnet for them. ) and it's so nice not to have to play it anymore. :)

That must be a relief Jeanie. I'm kinda locked into this role for a while because both my husband and son sometimes need an interpreter for what they're feeling. :)

I'm screwed! Thankfully, the months and months of brainwashing and mass amounts of mind-control drugs used on my current wife seem to be working... for now.

Also, he has to be accepting of the fact that I eat "weird" food. He doesn't have to eat it; I'll cook "normal food" for him. :p Also, a guy who likes creamy peanut butter scores points, although there are definite exceptions out there. ;)
