ATTN: Mods; pros & cons of new forum

I don't know if these will get looked over, but I figure it's worth a try:

pros
avatars (can be pro or con depending on how you look at it)


cons
the "input format" option makes quoting a pain in the $%^@!
the green user name on the greenish background. Couldn't it be black or white?!
we can no longer scroll over a thread for a peek of what's inside.


Will any of this be fixed or are we stuck with it this way?

no "new posts" search option
no subscribed threads
no rollover preview
font size is too small and the color scheme makes the whole place hard to read
no option to turn off avatars and signatures
no invisible mode

integration with 10c account

Pros: Avatars.

Cons: Everything fucking else.

Pro: integration with 10C --> I am sure that we will discover all the advantages as things are more and more integrated (don't forget this is a beta version). I am guessing we will be able to upload gig pictures and reviews to the site with our 10C/forum profiles...

Con: no rollover preview

So far, I think they've done an excellent job and I assume that we have been given the opportunity to use the beta version because they appreciate any constructive criticism :-D

the colors suck bad. also everytime I open the site the pictures don't open unless I click yes to them.

Pros: avatars of course. The new profiles - you can load the shows you have been too, bio, favorite album, etc. I like the way your screen name and your 10C info and all of that is tied together now.

Cons: Again, the colors. Can't see people's names. No smilies. I miss the drop-down list at the bottom of the page that you use to jump forums. Now you have to click the link at the top of the page. Some of the threads from the old board transferred over but not all.
