Intervention

Did anybody see Intervention last night with 'Lawrence?' What a sad story! Drank himself to death at age 34. :(
I'm pretty sure there is an intervention thread out there already, but I did a search & couldn't find it.

Is that an old one? I think I saw that one on my on demand. Was he the tanning salon owner?
If thats the one I am thinking about, I felt HORRIBLE after I watched it. I really like that show, but that one just really got to me.
But that can be an eye opener to some who watch it...hopefully.
I am thankful that my 'husband' admitted his addiction on his own and willfully entered rehab and the 12 steps.
Again though I still watch Intervention...
yep, that's the one. He died in February. He was in serious denial. How did he ignore those bruises on his body? Maybe he knew he was going to die and that was his best way of dealing with it.
That was probably the most severe Intervention that I've seen.
