  • I thought tonights episode was amazing. I know South Park never really gets props for their technical aspects (i.e. animation) but their recreation of the Olympics opening ceremonies was pretty spectacular.

I totally agreed with the whole Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls storyline. That's pretty much how I felt when I left the movie theatre back in May. After seeing episodes like tonight, I truly believe South Park is one of the only half hour animated shows that is becoming better and better as the years go on.

I didn't know if anyone else noticed, but I'm pretty sure the rape scene on the pinball machine was based off a scene in the Accused with Jodie Foster and then the one in the woods was obviously from Deliverance.

Tonight was the beginning of the second half of Season 12.

7 episodes in the spring, and now that tonight's over, 6 more for this season.

Yeah, I picked up on both of those, after the pinball scene I began wondering what the first rape scene was based on...anyone know?
I'll have to rewatch and see if I recognize it.

yeh 'those scene' were really weird. Cant believe they would actually animate that, I know they have done some crazy shit but that!

Cartman is just the best, I dont think SP would be good without Eric.. However his voice is getting worse as time gets on, i loved it back in the day - the first episode :)

That episode was funny!! When Cartman and Butters were in PF Changs.. oh god I was dying.:D

and that's exactly how I felt about Indy 4.
Whoa, chill bro... you know you can't raise your voice like that when the lion's here.
  • I talked to our college aged daughter right after the episode and the first thing she asked was "Did you see South Park?" The funniest thing to her was P.F. Chang's! (Most of the staff look more like the cast of Deliverance than I'd like to admit!)

And yep, I agree, Indy IV has fallen off my list of movies to watch on DVD.

Your dad smokes weed? That is awesome. And I thought it was good enough to have a dad that likes PJ.

I missed the episode, what time does it air tonight?
