I saw a terrible terrible accident last night

at around 4:40 a.m. a friend and I were on our way home from miami beach. we were on the highway at about 30 yards in front of us an Acura on the right hand lane turned completely horizontal and hit a BMW and both slammed into the median wall (went across all 4 or 5 lanes), the Acura then spun off the wall and went across all 4 or 5 lanes again and hit the metal barrier.
I told my friend to stop (we really had no choice, the Acura stopped right in front of us) and I ran out of the car to the Acura. the passenger, a lady in her early 20's maybe late teens, wasn't alert at all about what had happened. She wasn't talking much but I her eyes were blinking and she was able to move. the driver, a male, didn't move or respond to me at all and had a laceration above his eyebrow. the man in the BMW walked out of his car no problem.
my friend and I stayed cause we were the only witnesses that pulled over. the ambulance took the driver of the Acura, I have no idea if he's still alive :( and the passenger was in pain but managed to walk to the ambulance.
I couldn't fall asleep until 7 a.m. and even now, almost 14 hours later, I'm still in shock by this. it was terrible. I don't know how I reacted so quickly like I did, I only started feeling the shock of it when my friend and I drove away. my heart is still going 100 mph and I hope that guy is okay :(

did you try ring the local hospital to see if they cud give you any info on him?
if it continues to dominate your thoughts make sure you speak to somebody about it...
You can only hope they got the best care.
Try to relax today.
Sorry again.
And I don't feel right when you're gone away
