    This team and coach continue to be inconsistent. No idea why he decides to sit Gudas for Folin, who looks to be much worse than B. Manning. Was responsible for a couple of goals on his own. Paired with Macdonald, just brutal stuff.
    Why change up the lineup after beating Vegas??
    Elliot was great. Not much from rest of team. Patrick and Voracek are MIA.
    PP looks awful to start year
    JVR is hurt, didnt play second half of game.

    Congrats to Carter Hart on first AHL win for Phantoms.

    the Flyers have enough depth at forward that while missing JVR is bad it should still be ok.  this team can score but have to play better in the defensive zones but still very early in season

    I'm sure many won't like it...but I like leaving him in-between the pipes to endure that bullshit.  Needs to be better.

    As bad as the D is beyond Ghost and Provorov, I'm betting Hart is up with the club by Thanksgiving at the latest.
    Elliot was absolutely terrible as was the whole team. Someone tell Voracek the season has started. Guy plays like theres not a care in the world for defense.
    Not impressed by the coach at all either.
    Let me add this as well- softest Flyer team in their history. Get dominated at home in the opener, not one scrum or fight to stick up for themselves/turn the tide. They just sit back and take it. Lack of intensity and finish has been a problem for some time now.

    Elliott is average at best. enough of the retread average veterans in goal.  can't wait to see the next slop veteran goalie tonight

    That had to be their worst home opener loss ever.  Hopefully they turn it around soon.
