    Think it would be an error to fire the coach, but I know that is how these things tend to go.  Have a good group to build around -- sometimes slumps happen.

    The team all needs to go out and get slump busters, baseball style.  Bigger the better!

    I like Hakstol but he is not getting it done right now. you can't continually blow leads like they do.   I'd like to see some anger too.

    As a team they need goal scorers and Hextall traded a guy on a 40 goal pace for a middling veteran and future draft picks.  Maybe Frost and the next pick ends up being really good NHL players  but as of now that trade was a disaster.

    I don't think anyone thought Schenn was going to amount to this.  (Helps to play with Tarashenko as well.)

    They do seem to blow a lot of leads.  I can understand dumping him but I think he can turn it around based on what I have seen.

    Kings had won 8 in a row before dumping the last 3.  Need to pound on the Flyers to get back on track.
    So bummed not to be going but just returned from a week on the road, will need to settle for the TV version.

    They are playing very well -- and before yesterday's game Elliot had been pretty average.  If he gets hot they could go off in 2nd half.

    haha.  That could be it.

    I know the Flyers have toyed with the idea of cutting him loose.  He did that and other players had to get in scraps while he sat in the box (later fought the heavyweight "Zajac").  NJ got a powerplay and scored.  It was a game the Flyers need and they lost by 1.  

    I like tough hockey and the occasional cheap shot to rile things up.... but this guy is just plain dangerous.  Because of things like this, the NHL over-legislates and things get even more dull.
