    Yeah I'm with you there. Since I cleaned up my diet at the start of the year (it was never that bad to be fair) I don't really crave all that shitty food at all. I would never dream of consuming over 1500 calories in one meal, that's ridiculous!

    the problem is, most people don't have stuff like that once in a blue moon. Like the report said, most people underestimate the calorie content of foods.
