Music from Computer to Stereo

Im curious if anyone here has got a wireless thing that plays music on itunes or some other music player on your PC, but wireless transmits the music from the computer too your stereo.
Sorry this is so jumbled i just woke up, struggling with this coffee :-P
And i dont have a MAC, not sure if that matters. I need to go back to bed
