    2. i stopped drinking soda - except for mixed drinks of course! :p
    3. start the treadmill and stick with it!
    4. leave for DC saturday and 1.5 weeks of live pj - fun and friends!
    5. stick with/continue on healthy living/eating.

    i drank about 1 a day as well...sometimes 2. i drank only diet coke, usually caffeine-free, but i still think by body is better off without it. it's been about a week for me so far. i had a couple on sunday, but it was mixed with rum so that's a-ok. ;) otherwise, i am off soda damnnit! :p

    Oh man... i think we need to support each other. I've had the worst 2 weeks EVER. What I usually do is vanish off the face of the earth but this time... I actually want people closer to me. I'm reaching out the people instead of pushing away...

    We must learn from our mistakes. I've done the SAME mistake like huh.. millions of times in the past 12 years. Trust me, it aint worth it. I've been on and off with the SAME person for 12 years.     Good for you, I know it can be hard. I definitely learned my lesson. The whole love is blind saying is so true. I had people telling me stuff and I would brush it off. I wish I listened.

    Another thing I can try to do this week: balance my checkbook :eek:
