Someone at the Shadow show asked Mike about it and he said Pearl Jam will not be sharing the stage with Neil Young, he left open the possibility that Ed might though.

Sorry...but "great night" for who? I bought a Pearl Jam ticket and ended getting some old dude doing a 9 minute version of Cortez the Pole Smoker. I'd rather had been surprised by a Men at Work reunion show.

With that said, I hope he's right and everyone enjoys the show.
I couldn't say it better myself, having been there...

I thought it was amazing to see the guys rockin with Neil. Eddie split, but it was still PJ rocking. Most of Cortez is instrumental Ed would have been smoking a cigarette and stumbling around stage during the jams anyway.
    90 shows and counting...some of my favs: Randall's Island night 2, Milwaukee '95 night 2, Hawaii '06, St Johns '05, PJ20!

I was at the Shadow show and Mike said that PJ would not be playing, but Ed might.
If I knew where it was, I would take you there....there's much more than this.

If PJ is announced for this show, will they sell any seats through the 10C? I know it's neil's gig, but if Thee Band is going to be there that close to home...

It's going to be the weekend of the 25th/26th. Neil's announced tour dates pretty much confirm this.

Funny thing, though. Neil has ALWAYS announced the Bridge dates (not the line-up, just the dates) by this time of the year. I wonder if something's up.

Actually the last couple years the line-up has been announced during the first week of september not in august...it's coming anytime this week...
