This week has felt like fall. Rained off and on for two weeks and now is 70s and sunny. A very nice turn, after a hot/ humid Texas summer.
bombs, dropping down, please forgive our hometown

I was just thinking about how beautiful the weather has been here the past couple of days.
    Perfect New England September weather.
    Loving it.
Cause I'm broken when I'm lonesome
And I don't feel right when you're gone away

Indian Summer out west. Perfect temps though. Makes me want to go to the park and toss the ol' pigskin around.

No change in smog levels depending on the season or anything?

This week has been a dream with sunny skies, lows in the upper 50s and lower 60s and highs in the upper 80s. We don't get too many like this one. Nice to eat lunch outside for a change when it isn't blistering hot.

ya know my buddy and i were talking about smog the other day.....growing up when the smog was bad by the end of the day it would be hard to breathe due to the smog in my lungs

he and i both realized we haven't felt that way in years....but la will always be the smoggy shithole that the majority of people (most of those who have never been here) think it is

I do agree, though, that fall is perfect in New England.

I was actually being kind of serious and really wondering if the seasons played any role with that whole thing. LA isn't the only city that suffers from smog. Hell, even the small city of Boise suffers from what we call "inversions" which is basically when the wind/air is still for days on end and all the city and car pollution fills the bowl our town sits in. You only see it here in the dead of winter and peak of summer it seems.

i was just venting...sometimes you have to defend your home :)

smog is usually the worst in the summer...lack of a breeze and the inversion layer keep it locked in our valleys

but with the climate change our summers have become a lot more mild so the smog hasn't been bad....
