I always promise to be in the best shape ever
quite smoking
respect myself by not saying "yes" to everything...
Spend more time with hubby and kids, blah, blah, blah.
This year people have asked what are your New Years Resolutions...
I just roll my eyes and say...."Ummmm, I don't know?"
CUZ I KNOW I CAN'T EVER KEEP THEM!!
Anyone else come across this crazy nonsense?

If I could be anything in the world I would be your teardrop...I would be born in your eyes, live on your cheeks, and die on your lips.

I don't make them. I make resolutions like every day so a new year resolution seems kinda pointless to me.
but I notice there are an AWFUL lot of people in the gym on january 1st, and not so many on february 1st...0 -

wow, that is a lot of sugar! I think if you can stick to resolution #2, you might take care of #1 by default.0 -
oh I guess I am trying to commit myself to taking better care of my skin and flossing. I say this like every day though.0

Not to have cheap, meaningless sex with a stranger.
In a good year I can have that broken by 4:00 am new year's day. My record is 12:30 am.“One good thing about music,
when it hits you, you feel to pain.
So brutalize me with music.”

which New Years resolutions do I break? pretty much all of them....which is why I quit making them0

I never make new year's resolutions. If I want to change something in my life, i'll need a better reason than the new year to make me do it. I think this is why people often fail at resolutions...they don't WANT to change anything, they just make them because it's what people do.~AKA Dave-of-the-dead~

I don't think I'm giving away any gym secrets that people already aren't aware of, but gyms plan on this shit. Those slimy bastards know people are there, all prepared to get in shape and then offer yearly deals instead of the usual month-to-month, which is so much more economical and obviously hard to refuse. Any why would anyone refuse since they're making a real go of it and gonna be there all year anyway. They bank on people feeling confident and then giving up, which is win-win for them. They have your money for the year and they don't have to pay the overhead costs for all of the new people for more than a month. Pisses me off more than most things.....Can you tell???
I always try to get myself organized before the New Year, thinking that if I'm unorganized at the start of the year I've jinxed myself for the rest of it. I'm usually pretty good at getting organized, but I have a really hard time staying organized for very long after the New Year begins.0 -

Whoa, that is murder on the immune system., not to mention diabetes.
A teaspoon of sugar is 4.2 grams and there's 41 grams per can.
5 cans would be about 50 teaspoons of sugar...that's like eating a large bowl of sugar.
Man....you must be sweet tasting.Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.
