    totally deserving. as much as i love the Phils no way Howard should have won over Pujols. That guy is a monster.

    Albert is the man. Despite Howard's power, his batting average was in the gutter. Very good choice.

    Let's see what Albert says.... two years ago when Howard won, Pujols said that a player that didn't get his team to the playoffs should not win MVP.

    I thought I heard the actual quote and it was in English. ESPN Radio played it one morning.

    Pujols is the best player in the game. But is that what the MVP award is for?
