    This wasn't even mentioned on the BBC's boxing section.

    So was it a good fight? I saw Calzaghe beat Jones Jr to a pulp last week. I actually thought Lacy had retired after Calzaghe took him to the cleaners a year or so ago.

    Unanimous decision. 11 rounds to one on two cards, 10 rounds to 2 on the other.

    Taylor v Calzaghe appears to be in the works.

    The victory earned Taylor (28-2-1, 17 KOs) a mandatory shot against the winner of a Dec. 6 fight between Carl Froch and Jean Pascal, who will tangle for one of the belts Joe Calzaghe vacated when he moved up to light heavyweight earlier this year.
