Can someone please help me add a background on Myspace?

I'm trying to add an image as a background and none of the ways I have found on the internet are working. What am I doing wrong? I feel like banging my head against a wall.

    If you know basic HTML code,
    it should be very easy
    set up your background,
    then copy & paste the generator code.
