Does anyone else get these?

Every so often I find these small, flesh-colored bumps under my eyelid, right along the lashes. They're not painful, but once in a while there's a big one that irritates my eye, the same feeling as having an eyelash in it. I don't touch them, and they go away on their own. I've done some searches, but nothing I've found matches what I have. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

You ain't-never seen no one like me
Prevail-regardless what the cost might be
Power-flows inside of me, you can't bring me
Never-fall as long as I try
Refuse-to be a part of your lie
Even-if it means I die, you can't bring me
    You...can't...bring...me...down!

I thought they might be, but all of the pictures I've found are of large, red bumps. Mine look more like little flesh-colored pimples. Maybe I just need to search some more photos.

I agree that it's probably a sty. I get these now & then and they're usually small and flesh-colored, not big and red. I think they only get that way when they're really bad/inflamed.

    yes

it happens when the pores along your eyelid get dirty

take a q-tip and some warm water and run it along the lower eyelid after you get home, some people use johnson's baby shampoo to really clean it

If use baby shampoo you should dilute it one part shampoo to three parts water. You can also use a bicarbonate of soda solution.

It could be blepharitis. Kind of like an excema of the eyelids.

I get some thing similar to that when my eyes come into direct contact with pine pollen in the spring... might be allergies.....

I got something like that twice while I was pregnant.

Opthamologist said it was a celazian.

Can't find the word anywhere and I just (2 days ago while moving) threw out the medicine...and on it i had written the exact spelling of "celazian."

    Good Luck. :)

Shoot, I just noticed something strange like that under my eye this morning. Maybe it is seasonal or from old make-up? I just let it clear up on it's own and will continue to keep my face clean.

Oh no, they're normally not even bothersome. On occasion one will get a little bigger, and then it feels like I have something in my eye, but that's uncomfortable as they get. I'm going to see if replacing my mascara, etc. will help.
  • It's a sty! They can be caused by stress and being generally unwell. I used to get a lot of them. :)
