i don't give a shit that we lost

it is Rugby League, nuf said...
Rugby League is hardly a global game worthy of a world cup!
a major sport in Australia, a not so major sport in NZ, a even less major sport in the north of England and that is about it!

    Congrats to NZ

I'm a massive Rugby league fan and I am also a very patriotic Australian, but tonight's result, if anything, was good for Rugby League. Australia Is no doubt the best side in the world, just not tonight.

Well done N.Z But your gonna get fucked over in the cricket tomorrow.

Oh and P.S how crazy was that haka tonight. It was awesome

  • great game, kiwis played awesome.

did no get to see the haka as WA's coverage of sports that are not AFL is very shitty.

do not know how Lockyer was man of the match.

Well in the haka, Australia faced up to them, and was inches from the kiwi's face. It was awesome to watch.

As for Lockyer, well it is a bit of a suprise when the Aussies got wiped off the field. But N.Z didn't have any stand out players I thought. It was really a case of a team of champions VS a champion team last night.

As I said earlier, they are still going to cop it in the cricket....

i'm a firm believer that the man of the match should come form the winning team.
My girlfriend being a aussie is not very happy about the result.

talking about the haka did anyone see the haka between the all blacks and wales, that was awesome

This competition is an even bigger joke than the Aussie cricketers proclaiming that they play in the spirit of the game.

I suppose this is the closest the kiwis can get to a repeat of 1987, so I can understand why they'd find the need to gloat about winning this thing.

Well done you Kiwi's. The Aussie's had a soft tournament up until the final and it showed. Steve Price was a big loss. The mans a metre gaining machine. No excuses though. Thoroughly outplayed on the night.

Billy Slater for Man of the Match if you ask me. Can't believe he got player of the year

I sat there stunned watching that. I was surprised that the All Blacks were the first to break it off and try to start the game. I was sure they'd be there all night staring each other down :D
On a serious note, how shit is James Hook? Time to fuck him off!!

man of the match is decided well before the end of the game, it was decided with at least 10 mins to go
