tbh there's quite a few and they're not necessarily songs with 'happy' subject matters but they make me smile/dance/sing, I love the way they make me feel and I relate them to good people and good times
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...
... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

Seems like the band is always having a great time when they throw that into the set. Ed always looks like that cat that ate the canary when he sings it.
Someone had asked me which Pearl Jam is my Favorite....and They all are, but then the question was asked, which is their HAPPIEST SONG?
Now, this all depends on who is listening to the song and the mode which they are in. The same song can be happy & sad, yet, it's the setting.
For example, I think "Long Road" is a happy song, it's about HOPE, to me atleast, yet it sounds sad to the casual fan....
So, What is the happiest/ mood setting PJ song?
I know! When I think of "happy" songs, I think of fun, upbeat songs that are....well, fun. shit you bob your head to and dance around to. Shit like Long Road and I Am Mine and Parachutes don't do it for me.
Sure, Dirty Frank may be about a "serial killer", but it's FUN! The whole son is a JOKE!
I don't so much look to the subject matter, what the lyrics are really about when I think of a fun song. It more about the MUSIC.
Do the Evolution. 2010 watch it go to fire? So what. MAKES ME HAPPY.
Satan's Bed, Big Wave, Corduroy, Animal, Go, Hail Hail, Save You. HAPPY songs to me.

its a song that almost doesnt exist, never makes the live show, never heard anyone talk about it, but its Satan's bed aka Already in Love from Vitalogy I wonder why no one touches this song its got some amazing lyrics my favourite for sure

Some people here have odd choices. Technically any Pearl Jam song can raise your spirits, but songs like Big Wave contain nothing but happy content.
Yes, sure! And smile.
