just got an email from HR, we have to complete an online course discussing sexual harassment. i feel like i work for dunder-mifflin.

Michael: In the future, when I want to say something funny or witty or do an impression, I will no longer ever do any of those things.
Jim: Does that include "that's what she said"?
Michael: Uh, yes.
Jim: Wow, that's really hard. You really think you can go all day long? Well, you always left me satisfied and smiling.
Michael: That's what she said!

SH classes do indeed suck. Especially if they make you watch those cheesy films that were made in the 80s.

    haha...yeah they are over-the-top

they're not quite as bad as those old sex education videos though:
Kid1: "You know, I've got a steady girlfriend and we're thinking of going all the way."
Kid2: "Really?! Aren't you afraid of getting the big H?"
    Kid1: "The big H???"
    Kid2: "Yeah, you know, Herpes."

I wanted to shoot myself every time....

The worst is when HR takes it very seriously and you are laughing throughout it. They don't like that.

Peanut: (to two girls) Hi, I'm Peanut. You can be butter, and, oh gosh, I guess you'll be jelly and, this is just off the top of my head, how 'bout a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich? What'dya say?
Voice over: The correct way is:

Voice over: The difference? This time, he's unplugged the security camera in the corner, which means there's no evidence of this encounter.

I find it ironic that the HR director at my old company got fired last week after the 6th sexual harassment complaint made against him in the past three years.

I also find it incredible that he actually kept his job that long and was running these classes.

It's a good thing people don't know what you're dreaming...because for some strange reason, at my last job, I was always having...um...'inappropriate' dreams about the VP. No clue why though...I thought he was an ass.

you should see what people do in real life. it's absurd. you wonder what reality they live in that would allow them to think their behavior might ever be considered ok.

  • Well the Navy still sticks to the Stop light signs (Green, Yellow and Red light behavior) And if you are approached with red light behavior, you are to run away from the person and find your div chief and tell them you have been experiencing red light behavior from a fellow shipmate that is making you uncomforatable.

Or i could say fuck the navy, and spray them in the eyes with my pepper spray. I personally like my way better.
