anyone going to get an iphone 3g on friday?

i think i'm going to, said i would once it got on 3g.

    you know, the iphone is pretty cool. i like playing around with my buddy's when we're hanging out.

    but i don't like it enough to switch to at&t.

    i'm thinking of getting the lg dare soon though.

    i heard on the radio this morning they're going to be super super expensive in canada... like monthly 60 or 70 dollars upwards

    I have Verizon, so no. I will not switch to AT&T although I do like the phone.

    same here...waiting for for either the exclusivity with att to expire or apple to tell them to screw and open up to all carriers....which i believe they will have to do to make $$$ :)

    If I wouldn't be saddled with a $200 dollar fee for canceling my Alltel service... maybe. It would still be hard to justify to myself getting one, though they are very pretty.

    Yeah there's been rumors of that happening soon, but they've all remained rumors. It seems apple is in the beginning stages of getting a bit frustrated.

    so like 7.5gb or 15.6gb after the formatting give or take some mb

    that said, i will probably pick one up friday

    Anyway, it doesn't have enough space for my music. Period.
    I'm buying the new Nokia N95 next week.

    yeah, verizon rules. :cool:

    i'm not really into phones...ironic since i work for verizon. but i always have the most basic one out there...i drop mine too much to get one that matters. i never understood the fuss on fancy phones - not like it's going to replace my ipod or digital camera.

    I am going to pass due to weak plans. Texts are gonna cost extra in addition $10 a month for the minimum plan compared to what it is now??? That tends to add up over 12 months...
