Clever little forest ninja broke into my cooler and made off with our roast beef and a big ol' tupperware container full of sausage gravy. Never did find the tupperware. Oh well, I hope the bear enjoyed the treat. With all the wild fires we had last year, I'm sure food is scarce.

Well yeah, but what did I do this time? For once, it was something stealing from me, not the other way around. It's lucky I didn't catch it or I would have put that bear in a headlock and given it a noogie.

You don't have to do anything eyed, darling, just posting is enough to keep me entertained...

You should hunt that damn bear down and make a rug... or pass it on to me for taxidermy! :D

I'd rather have some human skin rugs. Not as fuzzy and warm but more pleasing to the eye! Can you help me with that project?

This is a funny post :D

It did remind me of a wonderful song though

    the bear-mmj

Its a bad idea, to go down to the pier by your self after dark.
It's a bad idea, cause they're down on their luck
And they've lost touch with their bleeding hearts.
Bad idea, cause i've felt that way and i know i shouldn't have gone.
    The time is near,
To come forward with whatever killed your spark.
    There's still time, for you,
To change your mind or whatever
Else you do. there's still time.

Anytime I see a human used for something that's actually practical, I'm interested. Sounds like a business opportunity. I'll keep the supply rolling in, you get creative with the bodies.

... and this post reminded me of this song

I'll make a shoehorn outta your shin
I'll make a lampshade of durable skin
And oh, don't you know that I'm always feelin' able
When I'm sittin' home and I'm carving out your navel
im just a sittin' here carving out your navel

When will I realize that this skin I'm in
    Hey, it isn't mine
And when will the kill be too much meat for me to hide on

Hey, I could really use a couple of hands
To complete one hell of a plant stand
Oh, and don't you know that I'm caught here in the middle
Making rib cages into coffee tables
I'm just makin' em into coffee tables

And when will I realize that this skin I'm in
    Hey, it isn't mine
And when will the thrill be too much meat for me to find anymore

Oh, because you know I can't hide
But oh how hard I try
But this is just the shape I'm in, oh yeah
    although I know I can't hide
But oh how hard I try
But this is just the shape I'm in
    oh yeah, oh yeah

If you don't have it Sian I'm sure Dave does :D
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

Can you mix and mash? I'd like a stuffed Manticore, or maybe a Hippogriff, or at least a Jackalope.

Excellent! It's all coming together. Who knew a bear robbing my cooler would trigger a chain of events with such dramatic consequences? A butterfly flaps its wings...

Well yeah, do y'all think I just make stuff up or what? Alright, alright, I'm not really the gun nut I pretend to be, but most of the rest of my stories are true... or at least steeped in the truth to some degree. This one is true, I promise.

If he would have busted into a different container of mine and eaten the contents, I would have guaranteed he had the hungrys. But then, he probably would have ignored the cooler and instead made the 100 mile trek to the nearest Taco Bell.

 I don't see why he didn't just go to Taco Bell in the first place, surely that's better than you both getting the hungrys?

    jezuz...that is good acid...
Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
