    start drinking some water in between glasses of wine. Propel water and a banana in the morning....works miracles for me on Friday mornings!

    yeah i'm with jeanie, it's not really fooling if you're feeling what you do in the moment. hindsight is 20/20 of course!

    sorry you're feeling down dream :( i do know the feeling, it does suck.

    wine is a good idea though, wish i had some! :)

    I get it wrong all the time. I'm still here to tell the tale though, so I can't have got it too wrong to fix.

    I hope you're ok D2D, you're one of the most positive and upbeat posters on here usually.

    Whatever it is, I hope you can fix it or at least accept that things aren't what you thought.

    so i've read through this thread and assuming there was a break-up? well, if so then i'm very sorry and yes, i've been so wrong too! i'll give you the short version.

    was dating a guy (since January) and he was supposedly working all the time, making good money, so he could buy me a ring, was looking at houses, and just fell madly in love with me.....then i found out he had two other girlfriends and has gotten them both pregnant. lovely. i found out 2 weeks ago, but i'm feeling a lot better now.

    he was a very good, smooth, thorough, detailed pathological liar! :(

    Yes. Well...things didn't turn out quite how I'd imagined they would anyway...but turns out that what I had envisioned as the end of my story was really just the end of a chapter...and so far the remaining chapters are turning out to be even more brilliant.

    well, thankfully.....the 'fooling myself' does not exist, but self-doubt creeps in from time to time. well at least for me. suffice to say, good things take work and sometimes a bumpy ride, ya know? and sure.....you're 'back on track' so to speak.....but every once in a while, feel a bit, err....derailed? :p


    we all walk the long road. :)

    however, things are good. sober conversation is always a good thing. :D


    btw - small tip:
    if you SLAM your car door really HARD, it may just knock off the interior door panel, jam your door shut...be a bitch to reopen....and the door panel just not fit quite right again. :o just thought i'd share a wee bit of my learned wisdom.
