Well, it feels like hell here in Texas. It's too hot outisde to do anything.

    I feel for you. I lived in Austin for two years with a car that did not have air conditioning. I remember days being so hot it was painful to go outside.

    On days this hot in Texas don't you wonder how the pioneers kept their sanity?

    It seems to be hot enough to fry a brain or two. ;):D

    In Texas... August is here. I stay strong untill this month, now its time to be inside. I never bitch about the cold, I just say wait till August. I did live in a mountain town for a while. People would bitch when it was a dry 85 degrees in the summer, and from the last week in July to the 2nd week in September it rained everyday except two ... AHHHH yeah

    yeah, when i got off work this afternoon it was 106, and i don't have air conditioning in my vehicle.

    that sucks. its 117 in phoenix. i'm here doing a rotation but i live in dallas. that whole humidty vs dry heat? yeah thats a real big difference. only thing is, at 11:15 at night it is still 101
    mean people suck!

    I'm like reversedarwinism said, once August gets here I am done and just want to move. I hate August.

    I'll be doing the same!

    I was going to mow the yard but I figure if I just hold out a few more days it will be dead and then I won't have to worry about it until next spring.
