just sounds like its a book I should have read?

oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

The second one.. it sounds pretentious enough to be something I'd like reading.
But no... sorry.
- the great Sir Leo Harrison
the first one isnt fiction
i like the cover of the 2nd one.. thats how i used to buy albums... nice cover?.. i'll take it
I always buy books based on the first page. It'll be good enough if it's written nicely from the first page, usually.. hang on that reads strangely. Obviously it won't be a good book if it's only written nicely from page 64.

I agree about the cover of the second one. Gorgeous photo..love the sepia. And it also tells the reader that the book is going to be a journey. It also has awesome reviews.
Maybe I will read them too! Then we can have a talk about them.
I am reading this right now:
http://www.amazon.com/Crimson-Petal-White-Michel-Faber/dp/015100692X
One reviewer said it was "Dickens with the sex put back in"
It is a hefty read. I mean, the book is heavy in weight.
And I don't feel right when you're gone away
put on a slow, dumb show for you
and crack you up
so you can put a blue ribbon on my brain

and I'll overdo it'

yes read them though... i'll race you.
Not a geek huh?
