    I have Adore on by the Pumpkins and am having a drink, I dont really do sad movies.

    I haven't cried since my dog died several years ago. I cried off and on for several days.

    My theory is that if you feel like crying but you can't, then there's also some anger lurking around in there which needs to be expressed.

    Also...try to remember details of the events that are making you want to cry. Every memory is tied to an emotion, and vice versa.

    I get kinda shut off sometimes. Like there's a barrier between what I'm feeling and what comes out at the time. I hate the way that feels.

    my tear ducts work quite nicely
    no problems here
    i can cry with the best of em
    hopefully i'm potty trained soon
