I actually used to make it a meal. If I were hungry, hummus and pita chips. Never needed a full meal. :D

    made from chickpeas. :)

I love it. Especially artichoke and spinach.

I have yet to find a place that can make hummous like Cedar's Eatery back home :( and well my friend Shaun makes a pretty good one too. Best hummous EVER at Cedar's if you should ever find yourself on PEI :D

Hummus is the food for the gods.
Close to all of my protein intake is hummus.

Toss it with vegetables...or in pasta.
Stuff it in bell peppers and roast it.
    YUM!

Loooooove it! I like to make hummus pizzas - hummus on pita bread with tomatoes, peppers and a little bit of feta cheese :) mmmmmm good stuff. Or hummus in a wrap with cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes. Good stuff any way you have it. There's a tiny little Greek restaurant in town that has the best hummus

Hummus rules. On a sandwich, on a Triscuit, on carrot sticks....anywhere.

I love mixing it w/ Tabasco and putting it on a Triscuit. Freaking AWESOME.
