Comcast Cable - torrent download restrictions???

I can no longer download music using eMule. I recently read an article about comcast preventing its users from seeding.

I will cancel tomorrow if this is the case.

    does emule not have encryption? i use utorrent with encryption enabled...my isp supposedly has cracked down on p2p but hasnt affected me yet...
