I received a pm from Heatherj43 FINALLY confirming that she's out of hospital. Her computer crashed and she seems to be only able to send pm's here. She's in the library and asked me to give you all her thanks for your support:

'And I would be thrilled if you could let all those who wrote that it mattered a ton. I will forever keep those notes, stickers, pins, and letters, even the envelopes they were mailed in. Thye made me so happy. Let them know that what surprised me the most is how PJ fans use LOTS of stickers on their envelopes. I alos love that letters came form so many other countries. I show them off to others with lots of pride!!'

    Too Funny :D I think our card to Heather had PJ stickers inside and other fun sticky stuff on the outside :P


    Thanks for the update Helen! I was just thinking about her too! Glad to hear she's home from the hospital and hopefully on the road to a complete recovery! :)

    I was indeed wondering how she was getting on...

    Happy to hear Heather is out of the hospital!

    Woohoo!!! Reading this has made my day :D

    Recently, the first thing I'd do on the message board was check to see if anyone had heard from Heather and I am glad that today there was indeed some news!

    The only sticker on my envelope was the Priority/Air Mail sticker ;)

    Guilty on the pin but not the stickers! Damn, I should have thought of that haha.
    It was so good to hear from her. :) Hopefully she'll be back posting soon. Until then I at least hope she can lurk. :D

    I am at library all. I am out of hospital now, but will likely go back in later today cuz...ahem...nothing is working that is suppose to work. 3 weeks now!!!
    My son in law died this past week. He was 29 and the father of my grandson, so I have been just crazy.
    I so love you all. You have no idea the many phases of ill health you all have pulled me thru without even knowing. I was bedridden then housebound back a few years ago and all of you were my only real contact to socialize and just still be me.
    I am not just saying this. You all became my life. Okay, I getting teary eyed.
    I will keep contact or have my niece, who has her own account here tell you whats up.

    She hardly posts anymore, but will if I can't. Its JLBW78.
    Yeah, my grandson is only 6 and lost his dad suddenly. Its been a hard week.
    We will get thru.

    Oh, his death just knocked me off my feet. My daughter is not doing so well. My grandson is having moments, but then seems to be able to get back to normal life here and there. He lived with me for 8 years in his early adult hood. I am really gonna miss him.

    i was just checking in here to see if you've posted, any updates, etc. truly sorry about your son-in-law....how tragic. :( my heart goes out to you and your family.
