Secret Santa name and shame!

I knew mine was Cree, as he pm'ed me a while ago to tell me so, and saying that he had sent it, just really late.

Also got a message from home today saying I have a package from Canada. That could be it perhaps?

Probably should have mentioned that Cree contacted me, Helen, but I forgot. Please remove the shaming.

Well to be fair...I don't KNOW that i've got it...I only found out TODAY that i've got something...

And if you ban me from it, then you know that someone will miss out on an AWESOME present.

First I hear my overseas friend didn't receive their present. Then with work being so busy I was checking in to see if the "received my gift" thread had been updated to see if my present had been received. Then I get on here today and see my name being passed around in the gutter. :eek: Just to see that everything was and is A-O-K.


I must say that Helen does a bang up job at the organizing and being the one that put the bug in her ear this year, I shouldn't think that I would stiff somebody on purpose. My only problem with this is I like to put a return address that is a "PJ" related to keep em guessing.....So I wouldn't be able to track the thing. Of course this means I have total respect and trust in the postal services of the world.

I am glad everything got sorted out with my present and the travel it had to do.

Thank you Helen for all you do with this chore we call Secret Santa. Much respect for it.

I sent my present two days before xmas to Europe and it hasnt arrived yet?
I had talked to AudioDave about this already I hope it shows up. Not sure if I needed to be shamed for it but gracias.

Given the fact that I knew about this for a good two months prior, I wholeheartedly admit I could have sent the present earlier than two days before xmas. My Excuse: The holidays and my job were nuts.....but I did send it and had various pm's through Dave and yourself saying as much.

That's what I was wondering... you've always been so good about this and even wanted to help this year so I knew you wouldn't do it on purpose... it's just that every other year I've named the people who didn't send anything... and dunk would never let me live it down or forget it if I didn't this year so I guess I shoulda asked Sian and Dave one more time before I did this... but I kinda thought they'd let me know anyway :cool:

I've apologised :( and, in fairness, yep you should have sent it much earlier... the dates were in place from quite early and delays happen too... but everyone shoulda had theirs by the 13th February... I thought there was no point leaving it much longer... Am I supposed to wait til June to finalise this thing?

But well done everybody... once VV gets her arse in gear it will be 100% success this year and now ya know for next year that if you don't want to be shamed, post it on time
