Has anyone bought one?

I have a giftcard for BestBuy, so I want to make sure they seemed helpful, as they usually are at the actual Apple Store.

    Since you asked ... I have had nothing but terrible experiences in dealing with Best Buy. Maybe it's just my local BB, but the customer service is attrocious. I no longer shop there.
