it's absolutely miserable out!

I haven't ventured out this morning (and won't), but my father saw some people spun out in a snowbank downtown, and it's supposed to change to sleet/freezing rain, then drop down to 20 degrees tonight. it's going to be a joy gettin to work tomorrow morning :( Anyone else in New England gettin pounded?

    we were supposed to get like 2 feet of snow, woke up to maybe an inch. Now it's POURING rain out. Bizarre. Roads will be a treat! Good thing I'm not going anywhere today. Stay safe!

    There is a lot more snow out there than I was expecting. Maybe the rain later in the day is supposed to wash some it away but there is probably at least 6"

    There's a snow storm here. My husband and son are already out trying to clear the first big pile on the driveway. The weather people are predicting there'll be 22-25 inches here by tonight.

    Ottawa's taking quite the hit. Remind me again why I chose to go to school HERE?! We've already got at least 2 feet from two other major storms...and this one is going to leave us with at least another foot, probably more. AND IT'S ONLY DECEMBER!

    We're getting pounded in upstate. Wow. Didn't go out at all. Our driveway hasn't even been plowed yet. Glad I went to Ottawa for shopping yesterday, and we have food in the house. I hope it lets up overnight.
