Im 26 and i think its about time i find out what the f**k is going on with women with the menstralcycle and all that. Happy time, horney time, GRUMPY time.
Im not tring to be funny, but i was with a girl, sorry woman, who was borderline phsycotic at times, but i couldnt keep trackof it and she wouldnt tell me when she was having a pms trip, so for the sake of humanity and just to help us all get along, tell me some things i need to know about that

The more you try and figure out the less you'll understand. Just roll with the flow, bro. (No pun intended) It's pointless.

I just keep my yapper shut at all times for fear of saying something stupid. LOL

mood swings? what mood swings? what the fuck are you talking about? :p:D:D
seriously i dont get PMS cause im psycho all the time. but you have to understand that the menstral cycle is all about getting women ready to grow a new life. the chemical balance in us changes to prepare for that and surprise surprise it can make some women a bit loopy. i think that if you are in a relationship with a woman you do need to pay attention to her cycle and take into account when shes likely to go off the deepend or even if in fact she does. and talk to her. unless she's a complete psycho she'll be more than happy to try and help you get a grasp on the situ. :)

The thing you have to understand also is that most women don't want to act psycho any more than you want us to. Some of the time we genuinely lose control of our thought processes :o

A bit of sympathy and understanding can make all the difference. And that goes for both parties.

I don't really understand PMS or any other changes around the time of my period. The MOST I ever get is maybe getting shitty when I wake up and something small goes wrong like the bread is mouldy or my skirt for work is dirty or something trivial like that. But within 20 mins I'm back to normal.

there are no simple facts about when to stay away. you asked a question and i answered it to the best of my abilities.
how about you just stay away from women ALL the time and then you'll be safe. :p:D

I think you are going about this the wrong way... like "trying to put a square peg in a round hole", so to speak.

You seek FACTS about how woman will act?

    There are none....

The good out weighs the bad. Why do you think you hear old men saying "Yes, Dear" so often. The path of least resistence!

Seriously, chocolate helps. A local coffee shop/bakery sells a giant cookie called a PMS cookie. It is loaded with chocolate and other secret ingredients by the ladies in the shop who bake them. I have been married a long time, so I have learned to be alert to the signs of the coming storm. When the time is approaching, I bring home the PMS cookie. It really helps alleviate the worst symptoms.

personally chocolate doesn't do it for me. I start craving carbs...a big ol' bag of Doritos.
