Morocco and Turkey for me. Istanbul is a beautiful city and the Med Coast is great (and cheaper than the European coast)! Cappadocia has some crazy lunar like land formations too.
Marrakesh is the craziest place I have been. Med to the north and then mountains in the middle of the country give you a great vacation.
Awesome country Turkey. Istanbul must be one of the best cities in the world. Marrakesh is on our hit list.
For me the place I've been to but must see again is Hong Kong.
Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.
I have been there, rode a horse on the shore. It was awesome.
I have only been to a handful of places. Peggy's Cove and Heather's Beach in Nova Scotia hold a special spot in my heart, my folks are from Nova Scotia, use to go there a lot when I was a kid.
Key West Florida to "celebrate" the setting of the sun was fantastic.
Aspen and Vail are both amazing places as well.
Niagra Falls in Feb was so damn cold but so cool seeing huge chucks of ice falling and crashing, I wouldn't had changed the season 1 bit.
The Pocono Mountains in PA is some of the prettiest country side I have ever seen.
Then again NH is pretty amazing just staying close to home too. Went to Newcastle, NH on Labor Day and had a blast with the family, all just an hour away from my doorstep.
I want to go to Europe. I want to take the trains through the country side. My goal is have a 3 month vacation with my husband when my kids are grown and out of the house.
soooooooo difficult to pick just one spot!
if pressed, i guess i'd have to go with prague, czech republic....with florence, italy a very close second. seriously tho, just about everywhere i have travelled has something to love.
