Coffee or tea

I wrote a bunch of poems over 10 years ago when I went on a culinary journey. I visited 200 Seattle cafes within a year and wrote a poem at each cafe.
I like the idea of traveling for food, but I don't want to put pressure on myself to write a poem. I'm thinking I'll visit cafes/tea houses and rate the coffee /tea.
If you were to rate coffee or tea what would be the categories. I'll use a 1-5 star rating:
Latte:
Thickness of foam
presentation
taste
smell
Cafe appeal
Tea
clarity i.e., is it a cloudy tea or a clear liquid
taste
Tea house appeal
What other subjects do you use to judge coffee/tea?

I'm drinking much less coffee compared to before the summer. I may just go on a green tea exploration. I don't want to restrict myself too much in these beginning stages, though.

I'm just teasing you. I had never had a cup of coffee up until about 3 years ago when a girl I was dating found out and made me... she started me on lattes though. I still like a good latte now and again. But there's something about real coffee. I don't even add sugar anymore, just milk or cream. Sometimes vanilla if the place has it.
Anyway, I don't know what coffee fiends would use to review and describe the taste. Personally, I don't like bitter coffee. So it can't be bitter or burnt. I tend to like darker, richer coffees. Creamy if possible. That's about all I've got.
I will travel for beer.
If you're travelling and you're in Burlington, Vermont definitely visit Dobrá Tea. They can advise you, help you choose a tea, you know, they're experts on tea. edit: There's also a Dobrá Tea in Madison, Wisconsin.

My coffee has to be tall, stong and black.

LOL, I actually put "Just how I like my women" after my response but deleted it at the last minute.

Earl Grey tea around 11am and 3pm
A latte as a treat/pick-me-up every now and then
I beg to differ. It IS coffee... just a bit more refined
Italian----English
Latte
Milk
Quite simply, coffee with milk... and I LOVE IT!
Tea ~ late afternoon, not every day, always with ginger

I can't stand hot tea though. Staying true to my Southern heritage, the only way I'll drink tea is if it's iced and has a ton of sugar in it.

To be honest, I'd rather just have beer.
