hi Esther, now we are all going to be sick, thanks
Here's a couple sites for those interested in podcasting:
http://www.podcastingunderground.com/
http://www.podcasttools.com/
See, you can download the audio directly from the site. However, you can also download it from a podcast directory ie.iTunes, and transfer it to your iPod.
It's a great way to get information out.

I can't urge people to listen to this guy strongly enough. He is NOT your typical a-hole talk radio guy that tells people they are stupid and hangs up on them.
He is younger. In his 30's. Huge on audience participation and makes the listeners feel like they are part of his group of friends. He talks about politics, pop culture, music, movies and video games. The listeners are really accepted for being "geeks" and proud of it. Most recently, a discussion erupted as to where the best place to survive a zombie apocolypse would be? The answer. Costco.
He gets really excited when he lands a big interview and pulls it off without a hitch. He interviewed Henry Rollins and was nervous for days before hand. Calling himself a "geeky fan boy".
Anyhoo...if you are interested, you can check him out at
http://www.rickemerson.com and you can find his podcast that way as well. He also has a wikipedia entry.
I'm just spreading the Rick.
