oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

i used to tell her that all the time. "you're feisty!"
and her reply was always the same. "you like 'em feisty."

it was one of the things i loved about her the most, her feistiness.

i dont remember exactly when and why she took this pic and sent it to me. but im sure i had it coming... its in my gmail somewhere. but its also up in her photobucket. link below.

I wrote to wilfmiss, and he said it's ok to use as the legal backlash potential is low.

It's all edited now, with a few alterations here and there. It should go to mammasan tomorrow for the graphics treatment, then we're all set.

you know i didnt know hippiemom all that well, in fact i can safely say i didnt really know her at all. i clicked on that photo of her and it brought into focus that a real person was lost here and that she was more than just a username on a website.

    This is so fucking hard.

i like the first baby picture best. she looks self-confident, even at a year old! :D

    laura,
i hope you know how much you were treasured here and how much you're missed. there's simply no one else like you. on many ocassions in the past, i have found myself thinking, "what would hippiemom say?" before replying to a post, especially one that made me mad. you were fiesty, but you always treated others with respect, and i admired that so much. many blessings, sister.

I talked to her once or twice, thought she was a very nice person. Now there are pictures, she was beautiful outside as well. How old was she?

It's so weird to me that someone familiar on the board died.

Rest in Peace Hippiemom, it's clear you are well loved.
