I'm coming to your city in June for 3 months. Someone gimme a job :p

Seriously though, can't wait! I've never been to California, Never swam in the pacific, never been a warm climate for longer than 3 weeks :D Wooo! So what is there to do in San Diego anyway?

    i'll give you a job Hitch.. i need a groundskeeper for my Willie :)

    i actually know a guy in San Diego... i'll give you his contact details via PM (i'll ask him first obviously) but he hung out with me and thah muthahfuckin JRD at Wembley.. top guy, he gave me 3 PJ dvd's and bought me a drink.. ergo he can now have a shot of my wife.
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    i loooove San Diego!! I was only there for a few days, but it was so awesome.

    this is where we stayed...http://www.bananabungalowsandiego.com/index.html it's a hostel, right on the beach, tons of international travelers (some staying long term), and also a few marines from the local base, out for a fun weekend...(which might be more of an appeal for the ladies... ;))

    we went to the zoo, shopping downtown, and had yummy japanese food. we went to an Incubus concert at Chula Vista, and took day trip to Tijuana to get knock-off handbags.

    we also drove to Miramar, to see if we could see where Top Gun was filmed... unfortunately, it's no longer a Naval base, but the Marines were very accomodating of our Top Gun fan-dom, and gave us the tour anyways... :D

    Cheers Dunk. I was probably talking to him too if he was at Wembley. Think I'll pass on the groundskeeping though :p

    civ_eng_girl - I'll keep that hostel in mind too. we'll probably have to spend a few days in a hostel before we get a proper place.

    i'm about 2 hours north of San Diego. Might be too far for you to stay with me but I guarantee that me and my friends will come down and spend a day with ya..........there are always good times to be had in san diego!!
