    I do, but I get a lot of strange looks from everyone for referring to myself in the 3rd person all the time.....

    Yeah, I got 2 jobs, I call both bosses by their 1st names. I figure i'm an adult he/she are adults we are both equals. They don't mind. Other's call one bloke Mr. I think he is closer to him then others because I always go out of my way to say hi to him, have a joke with him, and bag out his football team.

    All of the staff members usually use first names...but we call each other by last names a lot of times. We also have nicknames for each other. I work in a jail and it is REAL laid back!

    I do but none of my co-workers do, don't really understand why, i also call executive by their first names as well, just people.
