    God, I hope that's true. I've been wanting to quit my job for a while, but if it's busy today, that will make the situation worse.

    there's actually a decent # of people in my office b/c we didn't close, but enough people took off that there really is no work as my work is in direct line to others creating work first. :p bsides, mondays are usually slow in any case, so today will crawllllllllll. and, my husband is at home....gggggrrrrrr.

    actually, many, many of our clients are closed....and they are not all in the banking industry, but vary greatly....finance/real estate, etc. i think giving the MLK jr. day off is growing a bit more in popularity.

    i think a lot of people also take the day off since their kids are home from school. either way, doesn't seem to be a lot of activity in the city today.
