i am taking a nice random thursday off to play 18 holes with my dad.

he might have the hangover advantage on me right now though..........

    i was close to taking friday off too, but i thought that was pushing it.

    i am kicking back with a stella watching 7 worlds collide. i am in the zone right now.

    throw on 7 worlds! easily my favorite music DVD that i own. it's just magical.

    yup, i have an art exhibition coming up in november, and one project i want to get done in time for it is a series based on the zodiac....a lot of work, going between sketching and researching. i'm enjoying the challenge though! also hope to get it done soon so i can sell some on my shop site!

    and i just put the DVD on :) absolutely it's one of my favorites too, i never get tired of it. sometimes i'll have it on in the background while i'm working on stuff or doing chores. i am a huge neil finn fan (ergo the signature!) and having ed on it too....perfection :D

    would love to see some pictures when it becomes a final product. good luck with it! i am the least artistic person on earth, i really admire people who have the talent.

    neil finn created the perfect blend of people for a 5 day concert. every time i watch the DVD or listen to the CD, i am insanely jealous that i could not be at just one of these shows.

    2000/2001 is my favorite ed!

    i was so fortunate in 2002 to see neil in seattle and portland, and see ed come out at the showbox in full mohawk glory. my heart damn near exploded, two of my favorite musicians in the whole world on stage together :eek:

    yeah, can you imagine being at those shows, witnessing all that?! such lucky people....i'm just glad there's a dvd of it so we can all enjoy. i love the video quality of it as well, feels like you're there

    yeah i agree, if PJ did a DVD with this quality.....damn!

    i've loved neil for years, he's the only other artist besides PJ that i'd travel for and make an effort to see. such a brilliant songwriter.
