Ryan Braun

Alright, little broken wrist, Dusty Padroia got a post celebrating his rookie of the year, how about a little love for one of the sickest hitters in baseball. Ryan Braun sure can't field yet, but he can smack the cover off the baseball, and he had the single best homerun trot this side of Manny Ramirez when he walked halfway to the dugout shaking his head after knocking the ball 420+ feet to left center this year...of course he got yelled at by his manager, and drilled later for it....but still.
On that note, take a look at the NL ROY (Braun, Tulo, and Pence) candidates vs. the AL ROY candidates the talent desparity between the young players in the NL and AL is ridiculous (Brian Bannister, who finished 3rd in the AL, was a Mets castoff), and speaks to the ebbs and flows of league dominance in baseball. All three of the NL players would have won in the AL, so maybe the NL will start winning all-star games in like 3-4 years. Of course, that's assuming that they will stay good, and the Sox and Yanks won't take them.

and your right pedroia would finish 4th in the nl.
I think he did exactly what Victor Conte (regardless what you think of him, one of the smartest people in that business) said he did. Took a blast of testosterone that's in your system for about 24 hours and gives you a boost of energy. Pretty much exactly what he tested positive for.
Players have been guilty more than once.
Then he's probably still using. I doubt he's getting any extra testing done, especially with that last MLB fuckup and he'll still be looking at 50 games so the risk is the same as before.
